If you are having trouble verification, please try the following:
1- Restart your phone (turn off your phone, wait 30 seconds and turn it back on).
2- Delete BiP and reinstall the latest version.
Status allows you to share photos and videos as updates that expire after 24 hours. Both parties must have each other's phone numbers saved in their phone book in order for you to see and receive status updates from your contacts.
Your status updates can be seen by people whose phone number is saved in your phone's contacts and who have saved your phone number in their contacts. In addition, people with read receipts cannot see who has viewed their status, and they do not appear in the "Viewers" area of other users whose status they view.
To view a contact's status update, go to the "STATUS" tab first. Then, tap the individual's status update.
To respond to a status update from a contact, tap ANSWER while viewing the status update.
BiP is free to use; no membership fees are required. BiP is downloaded using your phone's internet connection (4G/3G/2G/EDGE or Wi-Fi if available). Users of Turkcell, and Vodafone İletişim Pass do not use their internet while texting, making voice and video calls, or using BiP.

Messages in BiP are encrypted using TLS, which provides secure communication between transmitted devices and servers in accordance with international standards. Any third party cannot access and read your messages.
BiP does not store your messages. Messages sent are encrypted and deleted as soon as they reach their destination. If the user requests that their messages be backed up, then the backed-up messages are stored encrypted in the data centers in Turkey.
In BiP, no unauthorized data is received, processed, or shared.
It asks for permission to message contacts, access to the gallery to share photos and videos, and permission to use the microphone to make calls. Users can continue to use BiP without having to share their personal information with third parties for marketing purposes like advertisements, promotions, or offers.
Yes. If you delete your account, all of your data, backups, and chats are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

This warning may appear when the daily and minute message sending limits are exceeded, as well as when the limit on Notify Emergency messages is exceeded. Active use can be resumed at the end of the 24-hour period following receipt of the warning.

BiP can be used by anyone. Obtaining permission is not subject to any restrictions or discrimination. Users don't have to share their data with third parties as long as they want to use BiP.

Simply delete the BiP account to remove all BiP-related data. To delete your account, go to More-Settings-My Account and follow the instructions there. If you delete your account, all of your data, backups, and chats are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

When you log into BiP, you can use the More -> Settings -> Privacy flow to create a password that you'll need to enter to protect yourself.
BiP allows you to send images and videos, documents, audio files, locations, and text messages. Simultaneously, press and hold the microphone button to send a voice recording.
You can back up your messages by following the More –> Settings–> Chat Settings –> Backup steps.
BiP allows you to form large groups of up to 1000 people. You can change the group name and photo at any time from your group's profile page, and use the link to invite participants to your group. You can add people to group or remove people from the group, if you are also the group admin.
You can specify when your group will end in BiP. You can set the group expiration date during group creation, or you can change it at any time on your group's profile page.
You can set the disappearance time of the messages you send using BiP's disappearing message feature. As a result, your messages are deleted for as long as you want, leaving no trace. In individual chats, you can set the time for your messages to disappear from three points on the chat page, and in group chats, you can set the time from the clock icon on the chat page.
By long pressing on a message before sending it, you can make it bold, italic, strikethrough, or underlined.
You can only change the font size for the BiP application by following the "More -> Settings -> Appearance" steps, regardless of your device's settings.
With the starred messages feature, you can quickly and easily filter the messages you want to find. Simply hold down the message you want to star and click the "Star" icon. Following the "More -> Starred messages" step will take you to the messages you have starred.
You can hide your individual and group chats with the "archive chat" feature. Your chats are not deleted when you use this feature; they are simply hidden from view in your chat list. If you receive a new message from one of these chats, your archived chat will be unarchived and added to your chat list. Press and hold the chat you want to archive on Android devices, tap the Archive button. On iOS devices, swipe left on the chat, tap the archive button.
You can use the chat pin feature to keep your important chats at the top of the chat window at all times. It is sufficient to hold down the desired chat and press the "pin" button. You can pin up to five chats at a time.
When you select "follow" feature during location sending, you can mutually follow each other's location with the person you're messaging's confirmation. Follow feature is only available for your one-to-one chats.
You can send a message to up to 1000 people at once using the bulk message list without creating a group. You can use this list again without having to reselect the same people
With BiP's enjoyable and beautiful Stickers, you can add color to your messages. Simply touch the Sticker icon next to the camera icon to add some fun to your chats with Sticker. You can send from the sets you added after adding the Sticker package by clicking on the"+" icon, and you can easily access your frequently used and favorite Stickers.

You do not need to create a new group if someone from your group in the other application has transferred your group toBiP. Follow the steps below to add your chat history to the transferred group.
Only messages from the other application that can be exported are transferred.
Moved chats will only appear on your chat page, and other people you talk to can move their chats as well.
The time of moved chats is displayed in the other application on the date the message was sent. The migrated messages are accompanied by "transferred" information.
Messages that have been migrated cannot be privately replied to.
Messages that have been transferred can be viewed via BiP Web. We recommend that you refresh the BiP Web page after migration for the best experience.
People who are actively messaging in the other application are added to your group while it is being set up in BiP. If any members of your group do not have BiP, you can invite them to join by clicking "Share group link" button after you've transferred your group.
You can back up your messages by following the More –> Settings–> Chat Settings –> Backup steps.
By visiting More –> Settings–> Chat Settings, you can enable or disable your last seen time and read receipts.
You can customize your message and call tones by going to More –> Settings–> Notification settings.
You can change the theme of the application by following the steps below, by More -> Settings –> Appearance Options.
You can make BiP your default SMS application by going to More -> Settings -> SMS. Thus, you can receive and send your SMS from BiP.

You can make HD quality voice and video calls with other BiP users, one-to-one or up to ten people, from BiP. Turkcell BiP users can also call over the network, regardless of whether the person they are calling has BiP or not, by tapping the phone number that appears in the call option.
You can call all BiP members from BiP free of charge, even if they are not included in your directory. Turkcell BiP subscribers can make BiP Calls to Any Direction, regardless of whether the person they are calling is from BiP or not.
BiP calls from BiP are free, and BiP subscribers who are Turkcell, Vodafone Pass do not pay for internet packages. While calls from BiP to Every Direction are not deducted from Turkcell users' internet packages, they are charged for BiP minutes, if any, or Every Direction minute. Users who do not have a minute package will see their calls reflected on their bill or prepaid line.
How do I make a phone call in BiP? When you want to call someone from BiP, enter the chat window with the person you want to call, tap the Call icon at the top right, or select the person you want to call from the Calls option in the main menu.
A video call can be made by entering the chat window and selecting the person you want to call, then tapping or clicking on the Call icon in the upper right corner of BiP's main menu, then choosing to call that person via video call from the drop-down menu.
BiP allows you to make HD quality group voice and video calls to up to ten people. By entering the chat window of the group, you want to search, you can select the people you want to call. In addition, by entering the Calls section in the main menu, you can use "New Group Search" option to find the people you want to call. You can begin the group call after selecting the people you want to call and deciding whether the call will be audio or video.
Unlike its competitors, BiP supports HD quality voice and video calls for up to ten people.
Operator users with technical integration with BiP can call users who do not have BiP. Because of its network integration with BiP, Turkcell provides this feature to all of its subscribers.
To prevent your phone number from appearing when making an Any Direction Call from BiP, simply disable the More > Settings > Call Settings > Show My Number setting.
It is possible for operator users who have technical integration with BiP to answer incoming BiP calls. Because of its network integration with BiP, Turkcell provides this feature to all of its subscribers. To answer incoming BiP calls, go to More > Settings > Call Settings > Receive My Phone Calls from BiP.
If you want to change the notification sound for calls from BiP, go to More > Settings > Notifications > Call Notifications and select the ringtone you want.
You cannot make voice and video calls via BiP Web.

You can reach millions of people through the channels you create in BiP, and inform all of your followers about the subject on which you are an expert.
By typing the channel name into the Search section of the Messages section, you can access all channels.
By clicking the "+" icon in the top right corner of the Messages section, you can create your channel with "Create New Channel" option. You must specify the channel name, public or private option, and channel link when creating a channel. Then you can create the channel by adding the people you want to follow it to your guide.
In channel search results, a public channel is one that can be viewed and followed by anyone.
Only the people you add when you open the channel and the people you share the channel link with will be able to see and follow it.
In "Add people" step of the channel creation process, you can add people to your contacts. If you want to remove a follower, look up the person's phone number in the channel follower list, starting with the country code, and then click on the person's detail section to remove them from the group.
You can invite new people to your channel by sharing the link you entered when creating it with the appropriate people.

Android users can mute channel notifications by clicking the bell icon in the channel chat window and selecting the mute option from the options in the channel chat window.

You can create service channels that only authorized users can access using BiP Keşfet's Closed Group Communication Channels.
