Services under BiP Discover can act as messaging bots to provide specific capabilities (ticket booking, customer care/billing inquiry, weather, money transfer, etc.).
Service providers can build their own services in BiP Discover using TES API integration. They can also leverage BiP Ussu Panel to send/receive messages and reporting—common abilities for all services.
BiP Ussu lets service owners design service logic with minimal development effort. To make it even easier, an XML-based service language was created in BiP Discover based on the AIML standard. This enables owners with XML experience (even without deep programming background) to create dialogue-based bots.
AIML-based services can be built using the AIML Editor on BiP Ussu Panel or any XML editor.
