The Statistics and Reports page consists of 3 sections.
The number of new/lost followers, the number of incoming/outgoing messages to/from the service for the filtered date range, and current service followers regardless of the filter are viewed. Ability to receive reports in Excel format for filtered date range. Total Number fo Followers. Shows the current number regardless of the date filter.
The reports of the responses given by the users to the polls sent from the Service to users are provided.
The messages sent by the users to the Service are listed. By default, messages sent in the last week are displayed. Ability to list messages by filtering according to features such as date range, user’s encrypted number information, message contents and message type, and to get reports of these messages in Excel format are provided.
